The Quilting Ministry meets Mondays at 10:30 AM upstairs in the Old Fellowship Hall. All are invited to join us.
Every year the largest number of our quilts go to Lutheran World Relief Quilt Resources, which ships them to areas of need around the world. Locally the quilters give them to the Rescue Mission, Every Woman’s Place, Samaritas, the Johnson Cancer Center, and baby blankets go to Muskegon Pregnancy Center.
Monetary donations to the Quilting Ministry are spent on fabric, thread, filler blankets and sheets for backing. We also welcome donations of clean used sheets and mattress pads and fabric.
